Adhiraj has spent more than a decade helping businesses grow, scale and secure the right investment partners. Working closely with private equity and venture capital funds, early-stage investors, HNIs and family business groups across India and overseas bringing together capital and ideas to create long-term value.

Over the years, he has built a trusted network of 200+ investors and successfully led fund-raising mandates for more than 100 plus start-ups and SMEs across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, consumer tech, retail, D2C, clean-tech, sports, gamification and the metaverse. Alongside, he continues to advise several family businesses, guiding them on growth strategies, expansion and long-term investment opportunities.

Drishti Pahwa is a seasoned investment banker with over a decade of experience helping companies and family enterprises unlock growth and scale. She works closely with private equity and venture capital funds, early-stage investors, and HNIs, guiding businesses through capital raising, M&A transactions, and long-term value creation.

Over the years, Drishti has successfully advised and executed fundraising for 100+ start-ups and SMEs across diverse sectors including consumer tech, edtech, sports-tech, adventure sports, big data, logistics, test preparation, and even the metaverse. Her strength lies in turning vision into investor-ready strategy.

She is adept at crafting clear, compelling investment documentation—investment memorandums, valuation reports, and strategic analyses—that resonate with investors. She also brings hands-on expertise in driving smooth due diligence, managing complex negotiations, and closing deals with precision and impact. Drishti’s academic journey reflects her pursuit of excellence—she is an MBA Gold Medallist from NMIMS, Mumbai, a graduate of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University and an alumna of Modern School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
